Reducing loot spawns on Vanilla #1 Russia

So the loot is respawning too fast. Basiclly u take an item another respawns, or you loot the whole military or zavod and loot respawns again. Its just endless amount of loot without waiting for it to respawn. This could be fixed by tweaking the respawn time for items. Thanks for reading. Kind regards!
