CUSTOMIZED JETS WONT TURN

not sure if this is localized to me but i seem to be unable to control jet after adding metal plates as protection?

if you would please inform me as to how to fix it it would be greatly appreciated

figured out the problem. you cant add a metal plate obstructing hmg sorry for wasting your time with this
