PEI Glitchers

A player named "ShayneYT" went outside the map underground and he kept shooting rockets from below us and he keeps abusing this exploit over and over, his profile is here http://steamcommunity.com/id/shine_club/. Sorry I have no proof but I can't picture him because he's underground the map...
