Turrets?
1) Destroy the generator.
2) Destroy the sentries individually. 1 shot grizzly, 2 shot matamorez.
3) Use RPGs or tanks to mass destroy them.

The best chances of killing someone on the roof are by flying high then dropping or by sniping them from across the water.
If someone swims and manages to step on the island (which is pretty hard cos it's easy to see when someone's swimming), they can't really do much as you have the height advantage. However some people try to climb up one of the towers and shoot you which I guess can work.

Yea but I'm talking in terms of armor. If someone has a helmet, you need two shots to kill them, and since the grizzly isn't bolt action, you can kill them much faster and increase your chances of surviving.

When it's in the castle, it's normally when people built a base there and are trying to defend it. It's really easy to raid if you ask me.
Prison? Sure you get attacked by all ways, but it's more fun and you get to kill more people. You can shoot people at the shores, in the water, or flying.

Grizzly all the way. No matter how much people prefer the timberwolf/ekho over the grizzly, the latter will always win.

Hotspot in PEI is definitely the prison. But there are other places where there is action too, such as the towns and airport.
I mostly play on Washington, where the hotspot is Seattle but once again there is action sometimes at the farms and scorpion 7. It just depends where people like to build their bases.
Russia? Spawn points and Moscow O guess.
Hawaii? Not sure, haven't really played there.

"i either see a spawn killer, a hacker or even a rule breaker" - You don't necessarily need to do anything against spawn killers. You don't ban people for spawn killing. Also there are no hackers
