i want this problem get fix ASAP!!!

I bought diamond on us server, however i play in eu server today, now I can use diamond subscription on EU server, but i can not use it in US server, plz help me.

i have one question, I bought diamond subscription maybe two weeks ago, today my internet got some problem and disconnect from the game, when i get back on the game my diamond subscription is gone, what happen, plz help me! my game name is Soul of Love!
