Dealing with the '?' bug.

So he shows up in ther playerlist but you can't find him when you do /kick?

That's weird. When my teammate went invisible, I could still check his stats meaning he's in the game but he wasn't in the player list.

That is what happened when my friend went invisible randomly. What we did since he was on Steam friends list we could message him and told him to relog. It worked and we didn't have to relog just him. But you say you couldn't kick him, so you couldnm't get him off the server.

Well , the best thing to do is to give nelson awareness about this bug/glitch and hopefully , the next update - he will be able to fix it

Anyway, I've found a few causes and can explain why relogging isn't a reliable solution anymore.

As Phoenix said, he relogged multiple times, but there were still invisible people, the reason is, relogging helps gather info from everyone's clients and they're not invisible TO YOU ONLY. But, it doesn't mean that it will do the same for players who join later on and get bugged. So, this kind of puts you in the same position as before but with different players, which is why there are still invisible people even after you relogged.

(Only solution is to lock a server after you joined! Jk XD)

For the frozen characters, it happens when someone gets blown up in a vehicle and they're forced to log out since they can't move at spawn as their character is still stuck in the place they died. When they relog, their frozen character is still there, but the player can now move and has a new character, and severed his ties with the frozen character.

I was spooked when I saw my own frozen character.

I've seen mine too, it is really weird looking yourself through your own eyes
