My stuff is gone!

I just started playing EU server 5 on Russia

I had just gotten a base set up and had a decent amount of loot and skills. I had a headlamp and a gun with 3 clips of ammo with full clothing and a abundance of skills well over 400 xp points

I log off at my 1x1 metal base not in a town and return 2 hours later and it seems I'm on a beach with all my stuff gone and half my skill taken away!

I kill myself and return home.

my base is there fully intact

Also somebody said the server was offline for a little bit.

I ask that 1 of 2 things happen below

I'm reimbursed by some good smarten with some stuff

or somebody explain how this happened and if I can fix it

hmm I do have a full metal base so I could send you a screen shot of that plus my skills showing that I do not have the skills necessary to build a metal base.
