Inventory glitch

I don't know if this is an Unturned glitch, or a Freezzer one, but I have had trouble with this for months now. What happens is occasionally a little square pops up in my inventory and I cant place anything there if I take something away (sometimes it's just one of the inventory squares, sometimes it's three or even four) I can't put it back. I have no idea why this might be or how it occurred.

The black background one is a crossbow barrel. Is that what you are talking about?

It doesn't often happen, but when it does, it lasts for several days. In the picture it is a full square, sometimes it's only three quarters of a square, sometimes less. The shape doesn't make a difference it seems, sometimes it blocks two squares of my inventory when it's a half square facing the other way. I have only encountered this glitch on Freezzer, it doesn't carry over to other servers.

Yes all freezzer sandbox servers it is there for me unless it has gone away for a while
