I Need help!!!

I need help

When i joined your server ive got a bug that doesnt let me play on your server

and after 30S they disconnect me from the server saying the server lost my connection

any guide or help to fix this would be gratefull!!!

BTW ive tryed to reinstall to relaunch to reset wifi to reset pc but it all doesnt work

btw btw other players can play but me not :CCC
