Another Russia Vanilla Server with various tweaks

So its corona time, and we all have alot of time on our hands. Im suggesting to make a new Vanilla server, normal difficutly with tweaks to make the server enjoyable, so no building in citiys, no building spike deathmachines or car tanks with plates. Just a fun server where us OG freezzer players from back of the day can come and actually have fun again. Unturned in its vanilla form is pretty crappy for multiplayer experience. Its too easy and gets really bland. Tweaks from people who no life vanilla should suggest tweaks to make it fun.

A also suggest you remove one of the PVP/Garage/Market servers and replace it with this Vanilla one, as they are completly dead.

I hope you guys do the right decision, theres alot of players waiting for a good server to no life the pandemic on.
