That was normal day... I bought an Orca and started to fly. After 4 minutes i saw guy, i landed and killed him. When i came back to my orca, it blown up and killed me (100% hp, nothing near helicopter). After big boom, i was kicked out of server... What happend?

The helicopter could've hit a tree, a post for powerlines, or barely touched a building, flying vehicles exploded really easy when you're actually in them. The getting disconnected problem is a bug that happens to anyone and everyone who explodes inside a helicopter or plane
