The server is an official Freezzer server, and they're not crying. They want a more hardcore experience, and it looks like a majority of people also do.

As with all punishments except cheating and glitching, there is no set time frame that we will ban someone for. We will ban people for lengths we deem necessary.

Why do you say that? You know he was banned for a month for racism because of something you did? Your impersonation resulted in the accidental ban in the person you were pretending to be.

Calling someone a 'bitch' in itself is not punishable, thank you for the report but no action will be taken against the user.

The map itself is unoptimized, and lower frame rates should be expected with all the plugins the servers use. I get the same thing, its annoying and its part of the reason why I avoid the Russia map now.

You were obviously scammed by someone else - we do not scam people. What you see in the store are the only subscription plans available, and there are no permanent subscriptions.
