Mhmh. If so why don't you just get more staff then so that won't happen as often. Simple solution in my opinion
Just to add to what other staff have said, and maybe reinstate some of it - its not that simple, we need applicants for a start, and we're not getting many of them.

Looks to me like you're provoking him, and in which case you may have just stabbed yourself in the back. We won't ban someone who is being provoked, instead you might just find yourself getting punished.
Also, swearing in itself is not against the rules.

Leo_G Trust me , theres more people on the discord who are actually there to help (unless if they are asleep or dont want to) than in this forum.
Staff will always want to help, but there will be times where we are not available though our statuses will say we are online.

We do have a US staff member, however you can't expect at least 1 member to be on call for reports 24/7, our team simply isn't large enough for that. We have lives away from our PCs.

This was posted at 3am my time. You expect me to stay awake till then in case we receive a report? We only have 1 staff that would be available at that time of day, and he obviously was not available. This is entirely unfair.

How can we get online and try and ban someone who was glitching yesterday? We do our jobs perfectly well, just look at the ban list.

You were glitching, and you knew it, yet you continued. It doesn't matter whether you killed anyone or not.
