The only reason what i learn from nother's bans is this: I not use gliting, spawn kiling or cheating, thing's which is normal to get ban. But for saying bad words in chat you get ban? i dont uderstand what is the problem if i cuss. This is only my reaction if someone kill me in game. And if you not like this or others not like you can easy mute me. On every unturned server what i play, and in generaly every online game what i play, if someone says badwords in chat the admin who is online mute him.
Is Freezzer 'every unturned server'? No, makes no difference what other servers do. These are our servers so you play by our rules or leave - simple as that.

I believe 10k was getting confused between the vehicle loadouts, which we give people 2 of for free. If we keep adding 'freebies' there is less incentive for people to donate, and donations are what keep the servers going.

Sarcasm comes in many forms and yes it does matter what he said before. Maybe check what the person who reported him said first to check if its true or are you too lazy to do that?

How is you admitting to glitching poor evidence? If anything, it's conclusive evidence. 'we're all glitching' shows no sarcasm, you cannot assume people know you are being sarcastic.
