Surf is probably the best bet - its one of the most popular game modes on CSGO

Most of our staff don't really play CSGO which would mean we would need to recruit an entire staff team for CSGO.
Costs are also something to consider - hosting servers isn't cheap.

It really isnt about overworking my self, I am used to getting overworked. I dont really need to go to the other games every single day, I have a time schedueled Day where i manage my time and fit in gaming on Unturned with other games with short breaks in the middle (You might think im a freak)
We don't want overworked staff. Overworking leads to stress and stress leads to impaired decision making - which is a vital part of being a moderator

I do have alot of free time.. Its only that i dont when i have a examination. On other servers i do not spend alot of time (ussualy 2-4 hours {usualy in the morning Korean Time})
EDIT: And come on, Who plays on minecraft anymore?
I'm sorry, but this doesn't seem to add up. You have 147 hours on record and you say you have played Unturned for a few months. 9 hours/day would mean it would take just over 16 days to get 147 hours.
Your application is great and very detailed but be careful not to exaggerate some details
