They shot Me with a shadowStalker from under Seattle and I had no clue where it was coming from

I was playing and there was a group of people hiding in a glitched base and I died to their sentries and one had an RPG. He was blue with a mowhawk but that's beside the point. Not sure of the server.

They constantly spam in spanish and it fills the server chat. They also seem to love caps which is fun. It goes on all day..

I want the old restart back where I dont spawn right into people everytime it restarts and I want in-game polls for rain and day because most of us can't see in the dark and with rain, it drops my FPS so much that I can't even move. I died 3 times in spawn due to random server restart and it dropped my KD so much and kids laughed who couldn't kill me, took this chance and killed and laughed. Please do something about this.
