Question about a Ban

I'm playing Unturned again after about a year. I noticed that there are people who got banned for glitching that only have a month ban instead of a permanent ban like i got. Is there a way i somebody can change the permanent ban to a month ban, because i have a lot of hours on this server and would love to get back in.
