Why when i put colored signs on my vehicle and save him after load i have basic vehicle (without any barricades) ?????

I've seen that issue before. It appears to be a bug.

Depends, usually on really packed servers you won't get barricades, but it actually appears on someone else's vehicle (the barricades). Same can happen to you, where if you spawn a random vehicle, someone else's barricades will appear on your vehicle.

Usually it is the result of a bug. You can easily fix it (sometimes) by logging out, and then logging back into the server. There's also "another version" of this bug in which spawning a vehicle, such as a jet, spawns a premade jet that is not your own.

Well you can easily fix it another way: spawn it again, Now maybe some barricades will spawn. Spawn it again, then you should be good to go.
