Hi i wanted you guys to increase vehicle time to 5 or 10 mins so people do not run away easily and cannot spawn so much so fast

Isn't five minutes cooldown for vehicles a bit too much? I would suggest a 30-60 second cooldown instead.

Yes^ , someone can make a mistake and will need a new vehicle, it would be annoying to have to wait 300-600 seconds to spawn a new one.

naked guy keep dying and spawning a apc to run people over again and again when he gets tired he just spawns a tank and kills everyone

Spawning cars at a spawn makes them vulnerable, they are sitting still so easy snipe or shoot them with something else. Also giving it a timer would be pointless because what if you want to fly or something and your plane is at a weird a angle and it can't move without exploding, just spawn I'm another. So use a smaller cool down if any

Not related. You're just doing this for your own sake. There's nothing wrong with the vehicle spawning.

Vehicle spawning makes the game more fun for people who usually role play on Sandbox, they spawn all sorts of random planes and decorate them, and rebuild them upon death. Do you really want to take that away from them by adding such a long cooldown?
