It Says I'm Banned Cause Intel

i dont know what intel is but i didn't do anything to get banned from freezzer servers can you please fix this guys??

i just tryed to join the server and now i am in i dont know if you guys did anything for it but thanks and if its bugg just fix it please have a nice day
