Yes , you may remember me , My last nickname when i was on the server was ForGotTen and strange avatar . i got ban on that acc , now few months later i decided to return to the server from another acc and i still cannot join

If you are banned on an account then you are banned from the servers, period. You cannot bypass the ban by playing on another account.

I'm not sure how you came to that conclusion when I just told you the opposite. You are not allowed to play on the servers at all, no matter what account you use, if you have an active ban.
