What?

If you are banned on an account then you are banned from the servers, period. You cannot bypass the ban by playing on another account.

I will check it out although we won't remove player bases that are still in use.

Yep, we are always on the look out for cheaters. If you happen to encounter one you can use the /report command in-game or alternatively come in to our Discord server @ https://discord.gg/KNXHhwg and let us know there and we can investigate.

This is a bug however it should be resolved now, try reconnecting. If you still get the ban message let us know and we will look into it further.

You're not banned but rather attempting to connect via an IP that is banned. This is likely being caused by use of a game cloud streaming service so you'll be good to connect if you can do so via a different IP
