When is Wipe Day on Vanilla Servers?

Isn't it a good idea to have a wipe every month or every 2 month?

The Vanilla servers are quite empty and a lot of players quit because they see Villain players and the map clustered with Bases.

I think a wipe would bring new life to the servers because all players are on the same level again.

That would make a PVE server out of it. I don't think it would bring life to the server.
The Freezer Vanilla servers are the last Easy Vanilla PVP servers in Unturned.
