I love how weapons and things are being called "op". What is overpowered? What is normalpowered or underpowered?
It's not like a rocket launcher can destroy or kill a whole map in one shot or anything like that.
When you're holding it you're very vurnerable aswell, the ammunition (in survival) is pretty expensive and you can't even buy the launcher in the shop anymore.
In my opinion it's not OP at all.

i asked if the rocket launcher is "op" on sandbox, not on vanilla or rocket plugin servers.

Rocket Launcher can be easily avoided, on the other hand the jet is harder to avoid and more accurate if you think about it, and is pretty annoying.
With the addition of the HMG firing explosive rounds I can kill someone in my group with one pass

Yea cos you're always camping in the hills or some shit. Try dodging jets when you're on the prison roof in PEI or helipad in Seattle :L

Just to clarify something - hiding /=/ dodging.
If you sit somewhere or hide inside a building it's obviously very easy to "dodge" a jet.
Try getting rid of one in an open field, have fun running like a rabbit trying to get away from a hungry fox.

Only way it would be really 'OP' is if a group of like 4 or even 3 had them and were running around like a pack of wolves, hungry for the next kill.
