i would say no Becouse it is not so easy to hit with it, it is realy easy to destroy,it can not realy kill you when you are near it and it destroys itsellf realy easy

I'm going to have to agree with Sky.
And besides it only takes 5-8 shots with a Grizzly to destroy one Cerberus.
