I'm using this previous report by a different person to say that I was not hacking and the reason it appeared that I was using fly hacks, and god mode was due to a "landscape bug". This person had also claimed that the so called "hacker" was moving around while in the air, much like how it was reported that I was walking while in the air.

This is solid evidence that he was the victim of a bug. I apologize for this, and I will take the bug into consideration (my input) on whether you are unbanned. You must understand I was unaware of this bug, and it could be misconstrued as hacking, which is what the players in the party alerted me about. Things seem to be difficult to pass on when 6 players are complaining about this.
The staff will take this into consideration when making a final decision. -

I stand corrected - I based that comment on Arma which also uses BattlEye - BattlEye bans on Arma 2 + 3 don't appear on Steam profiles so I assumed the same for this
