On launch of the Garage plugin it did not cost anything - the price to park plugin was inserted later. I have played and parked many vehicles on Freezzer #8 EU and it works fine most of the time - but i have noticed that the Police Truck does not cost anything to park. What i wonder is if the new vehicles have not been updated onto the parking cost list. What vehicle are you parking?

Thank you for your suggestion, the healing points could potentially be implemented, we will have to talk about it since it is a sure way to farm points.
Unfortunately it is very hard for us to have a reward system for bringing friends to the server. Since people can exploit that by making fake accounts. Also, surely it is in your benefit more than ours to bring friends to Freezzer (so you have people to play with) - so i do not see why a reward would be appropriate.

Night brings a very interesting dynamic to the game:
It brings great usefulness and value to items such as Spotlights, torches, NVG and Flashlight, but i do agree that it lasts a little too long... Especially since the update late last year which made nights darker. The current night time is a little too long and we could possibly reduce it by 1/3rd so if it lasts 9 minutes (not sure of that number) then we could make it 6 minutes - then take it from there.
I would feel it to be a shame if we lost the night combat dynamic and the stealth possibilities that come with that.

You said in your ban appeal that you were "unaware of the rules against being under the map". You also happen to be quite a toxic player in chat, breaking the rule of not using racial slurs.
The evidence above shows you talking about glitching, and that it is wrong + can get you banned, showing you were fully aware of the situation.
With this in mind we will not be lifting your ban.

We already tried implementing new spawns on Russia as well as other maps, there were however some issues with them conflicting with the nex spawning system so we removed them, we will look into implementing them again.

Do you have any more evidence? If possibly a video is the best way of determining if someone is spawn camping. One death screen shot and seeing a guy at the rocks is not quite enough, sorry.

What is the disadvantage of getting a prestige? Because at the moment from what you explained its just a pure BUFF, which is not a massive issue but every game that lets you prestige costs you some of your unlocks, so it seems like the prestige mechanic needs some drawback so people can chose if they want to prestige.

When you say "game and Freezzer play-time: 250+" does that mean all of your time on Unturned has been spent on Freezzer? How do you know this?
Also the steam profile link you gave comes up with "specific profile could not be found".
Please screenshot the in-game command response for "/pt" (tells you how long you have played on our servers).

Bans for glitching do not get lifted unless evidence is provided proving innocence, or If the punishment has been served for lengthy periods of time (close to a year) at which point we possibly consider the possibility that a player is both sorry and has learnt his or her lesson.

I am the person involved in most of the recent bans for the people using the "N" word.
Ill explain the situations/conditions for the bans given out. If someone in chat simply uses the word "Nigger" they wont get a ban. People think they are funny and completely randomly write words which are supposedly offensive to show how they aren't scared of consequences or backlash.
To me that is a show of slight immaturity and possibly some ignorance but is not worthy of a ban, and in my view is not really racist either.
Some of the cases involve a player spamming the "N" word over and over, in which case it is unnecessary racist language as well as spam - blanketed under the ban "Spam and unnecessary racism" or shortened to "Spam and racism".
The cases of racism that I ban usually involve someone directing the "N" word as a racist slur towards another player, or using it in an aggressive manner which is obviously meant to offend/intimidate another player. And even so I usually do not ban for just 1/2 cases unless they are very serious. I see if someone has consistently behaved like that over a short space of time.
To conclude, the increase in bans for racism due to the N word - is not because we have become more fussy and sensitive on its usage, it is merely because I have been checking chat logs more often for the sorts of inappropriate chat behaviour that the "N" word falls under.

I think the vote reflects the annoyance of the jet with CURRENT parameters. What i mean by this is, even if people don't like the way the jet is currently being used - I don't think blacklisting is the right solution:
It could have a 1-5min spawn cooldown (either fixed or variable depending on how many you spawned recently).
It could be a "killstreak reward" so after a certain number of kills you get one (regardless of deaths - so less good players can still fly them).
Freenex is a talented guy, so we can potentially invent other plugins to reduce the negative impact of the jet...
So lets not pull the trigger too fast on banning the jet.
